The Centropa Teammembers there are available from 8.30am until 5pm local time (Friday until 1pm), Monday through Friday to answer your inquiries regarding products and ingredients. To assist you with product and clinical protocol questions, Thorne provides prompt, accurate, and friendly technical support from a qualified staff of physicians who have the clinical experience and nutritional supplement background necessary to help you make the right wellness decisions for your patients. This staff includes respected authors and lecturers who understand the importance of keeping abreast of the latest research, and providing appropriate information to you in a timely manner. Thorne's technical staff is available to Thorne customers Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (US Pacific time).

Since January 2000 a forum for German speaking health practitioners exists, called PreventNetwork. It is an international platform to promote exchange of information and experience with regards to orthomolecular medicine. The PreventNetwork platform is under editorship of Professor Dr. Härtinger, an authority in translation and adaptation of the English literature in the field of orthomolecular medicine, also editor of the German speaking Journal NNB, "Neue Nutriologische Beiträge".
The PreventNetwork-forum can be consulted by CENTROPA's customers, free of charge after registration. At the same time, there is a HOTLINE made available for health practitioners with urgent matters.
Soon after registration you will be able to obtain access to a database containing articles from Alternative Medicine Review (AMR), the Journal für Orthomolekulare Medizin (JOM) and Neue Nutriologische Beiträge (NNB).
During its entire existence CENTROPA has encouraged educational initiatives in relation to orthomolecular medicine that would increase awareness amongst both health practitioners as well as the general public, and is in full support of the PreventNetwork project.
